Phase 3

New phase construction is almost finished, one lot left! These pictures show us setting a home in our new phase which includes the ground preparation, the concrete footings, and placing the home on the site.  All of our Champion Homes utilize 2"x 4" construction on all interior walls, 16" on center with 2"x 6" exterior walls.  Maximum insulation comes standard along with the set up, the brick work, the carport, storage shed, sodded lot and seamless gutters where there isn't a carport roof.  We complete the interior work; smooth finish drywall and smooth finished ceilings. Natural gas is available at all home sites with a gas furnace, water heater, and air conditioning standard. Homes start in the low $90's.
