Dana Hill Retirement Community is a leased lot manufactured home community that meets the 55 and older requirements per the Federal Fair Housing Standards. With 146 occupied sites and 1 lot left Dana Hill Community provides retirees and soon to be retired an affordable community here in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina to call home. In the monthly fee, we provide City of Hendersonville water, sewer, trash pick up weekly, lawn mowing and use of the clubhouse and pool. Utilities are provided by the appropriate utility company for homeowners to have connected to their home including Natural Gas, Electric, Phone and cable TV. A monthly newsletter is published along with a calendar of events, parties, and gatherings for our residents.
